THE OUTCOME
The second in a series of ongoing campaigns for our partners over at MyConnect, we brought back our lovable characters Zen Suzie and Stressy Grant to do some side by side comparisons between what could go wrong if you leave your utilities to the last minute. And what could go right if you just click the ‘MyConnect’ box.
Working closely with MyConnect, we gained an understanding of the two pools of people we were reaching out to – those who tick the box (literally), and those who think they can find a better deal on all their utilities themselves. The problem with those who don’t tick the box though? They so often don’t find a better deal, and find themselves stranded last minute without electricity, gas, or internet. Boo.
Designed for distribution to raise general brand awareness, we wanted to add layer of friendliness, and a tongue-in-cheek tone of voice, to an otherwise mechanical system. And by proposing the question, “Are you a Suzie?” or “Are you a Grant?”, we’re planting the seed early. Trust us, things don’t go well, when you don’t tick that box. Hey Grant?
